Freelance Learning Specialist

Key projects and clients:
Designed and delivered a two year project providing ongoing professional development to a community of disability awareness trainers with Creative Diversity Network.
Codelivered an international remote Train the Trainer programme for open data trainers in India and Kenya for CABI . I then worked with the India team to help them develop their own data ecosystem mapping training.
Led the design of Northern Irish Government open data elearning modules.
Led the learning design for McKinsey’s relaunch of their digital transformation online learning course with Media Zoo.
Created digital leadership learning campaigns for senior leaders at Syngenta.
Designed champion-style learning experiences to support frontline staff at HMCTS through digital transformation.

Internal learning design role.
Led the learning design supporting the rollout of new ways of working across the organisation.
Led the learning design on two new online curricula:
1) Store Curriculum for frontline staff
2) Leadership Skills for Store Managers.

Scoped and designed engaging learning experiences for frontline staff and business leaders.
Undertook extensive training needs analyses to identify business needs and inform curriculum development.
